  My wife was recently hospitalized in the Green Valley Hospital. All private rooms, great service, great nurses and doctors. Green Valley is the only retirement community with a 5 star hospital, or any hospital for that matter. Green Valley Hospital almost makes you want to be in the hospital, it's that nice. pat

  Visited the emergency room to get an MRI scan done on my ankle after experiencing pain for 2 years following an injury. I called ahead and told them I’d like to have an MRI scan done and when I arrived, they took my vitals and all that good stuff, only to be “seen” (I use that term very loosely because he did not examine my injury at all; he didn’t even come near me) by the doctor for less than 3 minutes, who proceeded to tell me that I had wasted my time because it wasn’t an “emergency.” I decided to complain to the manager, but he was very fake-nice and I don’t think he cared about the situation at all. Both the doctor and the manager were stand-off-ish and made me feel like I was wasting their time. I walked out unsatisfied, with no MRI scan, and with no answers regarding my ongoing pain. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star rating is because the nurses were all very kind and apologized to my relentlessly.
