- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am a local who really wants to support UCHC and its mission. Over the past few years, I have continued to give UCHC my support and the support of my family, but I think it is finally time for me to break it off with them. Although my doctor is absolutely fabulous, the real breakdown in this operation is the office staff and communication. I had once called about a very painful kidney infection while I was away, and did not receive a call back until 11 days later (I went to a clinic way before then). I have tried to have perscriptions called in and wouldn't be called back, even though I called and called. I made an appointment for an exam once, and then was told when I arrived that the doctor needed to leave early and couldn't do it, and was not given the time I needed to address concerns that I had. The list continues as I have greivances for myself, my son and my husband. My suggestion? Go somewhere else. Or, if you want to support UCHC like I do, please suggest to them that they do something!November 06, 2017by A Google User
